e+lite case replacement rubber band

The rubber band of my trusty old Petzl e+light mini headlamp's plastic case finally broke down after decades of use.

But it seems they don't sell this part, and the local hardware store didn't had a fitting o-ring. I have tried ordinary rubber bands, but they wears so quickly, and the hair ties I had were not that perfect either.

So here's the perfect excuse to design and print this myself!

Print this with a flexible material, obviously.

I thought it with an octogonal profile, for a better print result hopefully, which apparently worked for me. But I also provide with a classic round profile if you like. 

And if you didn't need a replacement band for your headlamp case, I'm pretty sure this can be used as a band.
