WE-tech PLR-16 lower receiver base (airsoft)

Edit: I readjusted the tolerances, I realized I added a decimal somewhere there was not supposed to be one.

to preface this, this is an AIRSOFT lower receiver. It will not fit on a real Kel-Tec PLR-16, and if it did, it would probably explode. 

I was working on a 3D printed kit for the PLR-16, and I found that designing a new lower receiver was the hardest part. I thought I would upload this to make it easier for other people to make their own custom lowers. All this includes is the necessary stuff to fit the trigger pack, you can do whatever you want with it from there.
