While this looks like a cross - there is NO intended religious connection. Just to be clear. You are free to believe what you wish ;) However, it would also certainly work for some belief systems. It can be both.

What lifts you and what drags you down? 

There are a couple of sections with flexible categories you could assign. Fits an 8" x 5" Moleskine (and even the little pocket)!

2 X 2 Matrix / 4 Square - Compare two things to help you make decisions!
Likert Scale - Rate something important to you. Sleep, Pain Management, Recovery, Mental Health.

Sails & Anchors - Call it a pro/con list or a positive and negative list… I think the idea resonated for me personally when I imagine good sailing requires both at appropriate times. So, the real question is balance…

And a Free Box - Quotes, Poems, Recaps… whatever!
