Description
This is an open-source Plastic Antweight combat robot, intended for the SCAR component kits available from Turnabot and Team Malice. This and other community designs can also be found on the Team Malice website.
It placed 4th overall at Society of Combat Attack Robotics (SCAR)'s May Plastics Pandemonium (4 May 2024) as well as at Nexus Knockout! It placed 1st in Build Fight Fun! at InfinitiCon Tallahassee and in Robot Renegades Summer Showdown as Killer Parakeet by Helen Claudio of Firewolf Robotics!
The design of this project is my own work, however it is heavily inspired by the full-combat Antweight “Night Force”, which in turn is inspired by the BattleBot “Bite Force”.
Warning! All combat robots are inherently dangerous! Handle LiPo batteries and powerful motors carefully.
Follow interactive assembly instructions here! (currently limited to step to the first 10 steps, will be fixed soon™)
Buy the drive kit from Turnabot! Weapon parts available separately.
An AFDS2A compatible 3+ channel radio is also required, such as the Flysky FS-i6 or one of the RadioMaster 4-in-1 radios.
All parts should fit on any printer 120x120mm or larger. Overture Super PLA, Fusion Filaments HTPLA+, or Duramic PLA Plus recommended for all parts.

11-Apr-26: updated F105 bearing link (thx Amazon!)
26-Aug-25: Added "Drum Wedgelet" which will do better than the forks or horizontal wedge against wider drum bots. Print 2x, one mirrored, with all walls or solid layers. Some geometry inspired by @ziyamongoose_1563259's design, but optimized for better orientation.
16-June-25: Description update, weapon kit no longer available from Team Malice, individual part links added pending new vendor.
22-February-25: Added image showing Emax and rtSky style motors, Emax style drum for F105 bearing, missing rtSky upright
8-February-25: Added wiring diagram
14-January-25: Update v1.1 many small updates, see v1.1_updates.txt for specifics, now supports Emax/AKK style motors, and optional larger bearing. Use fit-test prints to find the optimal fit, print from .stp files using .stl as orientation reference
11-November-24 Added upright with newer CCW style motor compatibility features
23-October-24 New spinner to fit motor variant - will update further once I have some on hand - some file re-organization
13-June-24 Added plane no-text chassis
30-May-24 Initial release. Many updates from beta design that competed in May Plastics Pandemonium
