Nabalis Canyon - Slot-in Noise Reduction/Flare Handle Inserts (3 sizes!)

Ive been loving my Nabalis Canyon for some time now however my main gripe is how loud the ringing is. SOOOOOOOOO this brings me to posting the Slot in Noise Reduction/Flare Inserts. I will be updating this as we go and am looking for feedback on this model for future changes and references.

I have reposted the blade inserts in my photos and other flare by xylite. They can be found on printables here. Or thingiverse there. That being said I was having issues with fitment which was most likely user error than anything else.

TIPS:

I would highly suggest printing both parts in TPU as it will do a much better job than other materials for blocking out the micro vibrations in the handle and blade. Although, you should be more than able to print these in PLA.

I would suggest printing in low enough infil so that all parts have a baffle of sorts to stop the production of sound as well as keep the weight of the printed parts low.

The handle ring silencers like the rest of the parts are friction fit so just press them rubber/plastic boys into their home. If you do print these in PLA you may need a drop of hot glue to keep them in place (NOT SUPER GLUE!!!!! Please do not ruin your bali then come back here. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND EVERYTHING THAT IS HOLY BE SMART).

Like I had mentioned earlier this model is not entirely finished as I have been going back and forth of a few designs so be sure to leave detailed info on how they work out for you. I basically live on this site so I respond quickly!!
