Description
When trying to find shims to go between seat post for my mountain bike and Tout-Terrain Trailer collar I couldn't find quite the right size… so I made my own.
I have uploaded my own sizes that I needed and also a link to a file where you can generate your own using variables.
If you need a particular size creating let me know - just need the inner diameter/outer diameter and length (plus whether you want a flange at the top and how big).
I used ASA for mine so that they'd be UV stable, but I'm sure PETG or PLA would also be fine, and added 0.1mm to the inner diameter and took of 0.2mm from the outer diameter to get it to fit well.
Please use your common sense, it’s plastic and may break if overtightened or overloaded. If the consequences of this happening would be catastrophic use a metal shim
