Bed Jet / Vet Jet Kennel Adaptor

Is your clinic/hospital struggling with mounting the Bed Jet / Vet Jet's elephants trunk to your kennels like we were? 

Well let me introduce you to ManagerJosh's Bed Jet Coupler!!

****PRINT THE CAGE FIT TEST MODEL FIRST SO YOU DONT WASTE FILAMENT****

I have intentionally made this model have 0 extra components which was the downfall of the mounting adapters we had prior to this. All you need is to plug it into the tubing and slot it directly into the cage.

It is highly advised to print this in PETG as it will be under plenty of stress whether from uncaffeinated Vet Staff or the Bed Jets heat production. I suppose you could print this in PLA+/pro however keep in mind the abuse this will be undergoing.

I printed this model in Creality Clear PETG which happened to be the strongest PETG I have used so far. (Highly recomended not only for the strength but as well as the visability of any poential mess ie blood, poo, you name it)

I used 100 percent infil as well as 60 percent infil without issues. Please use quality material as that will make the most difference. USE TREE SUPPORTS for the tabs on top to insure that they print at the same strength as the rest of the model. PRINT WITH THICK WALLS OR USE A .8MM NOZZLE to insure max strength.
