Window Screen Frame Mitre Box

Here is a set of mitre boxes for cutting 19mm aluminum window screen frames. The grooves are sized to fit a standard hacksaw blade. The edges are radiused so you can hold it comfortably when making your cut.

I originally needed to trim exactly 1/8" from window screens I ordered that were just a little too wide, hence "ScreenFrameMitreJig-0.125 trim.stl".  From there it was simple to create general purpose mitre boxes for the community.
