Minimalist Bike Cable Housing Clips (Parametric)

These customizable cable clips use the absolute minimum amount of material to keep your cables tidy and secure. Some people call them cable buddies or cable organizers. There are lots of other designs out there, but mine are about half the weight of a ziptie for the weightweenies, and plenty strong. They hold cable housing together securely so they absolutely cannot rattle, and they look clean and minimalist. 

I've included 2 cable and 3 cable versions in various diameters, as well as parametric setup so you can customize to whatever you need. Most people will be best off with the 5mm+4mm one (5mm for brake lines and 4mm for shift housing).

Filament: I recommend using a carbon-nylon filament like NylonX or PAHT-CF for strength and UV-resistance. PLA works in a pinch.

Print setup: Includes a single layer to create a brim for adhesion, align that side down to the build plate. I usually just use a 3mm inner brim.

Set your line width to your nozzle diameter to ensure you've got continuous lines of filament being printed. If you're using Bambu and you leave it stock, you'll end up with less than the correct number of walls. Should work with classic and Arachne slicers, just make sure it looks like my example photos.

Parametric changes: For advanced users I included the F3D file so you can adjust parameters to whatever you'd like. 6mm Goodridge line? No problem. Nokon cables? Easy. 2mm wires on an eMTB? Begrudgingly yes. You can also change the wall thickness, length of the clip, etc… See screenshot.
