Description
The Official Prusa Enclosure comes with a lot of air leak points, @BuildX has an amazing solution to this problem. He offers solutions to fix just about every air leak point. However, I was unable to find a good solution to gap between the two swinging doors.
This model is intended to remove the air gaps between the two swinging doors on the Official Prusa Enclosure. This also allows you to open both doors at once. I printed this in PLA, 0.20mm layer height, 4 perimeters and 30% infill. It should be noted that when printing the two parts, you will want to flip one of them on the build plate to maintain the same texture when attached on the enclosure. This is already done on the provided GCODE.
When attaching this, make sure to replace the M3x8mm screws with M3x12mm screws. There are extras that came with the Prusa enclosure (and printer).
