Customizable Vertical Organizer for Thin Stuff

Benefits of customizability

Ability to change almost all parameters of this model allows you to use if for different applications. 

• Changing size in all dimensions allows you to make this  organizer fit exactly in your cupboard, shelf etc…
• Changing thickness of the dividers, allows you to match strength of the model according to your storing needs
  • For few paper sheets, you need only thin dividers
  • For storing lids for pans, you might appreciate thicker dividers etc…

Assembly

Dividers and base can be printed separately for maximum structural strength. Use output -parameter to select if you want to export the whole mesh or just the divider or the base bar.
Use super glue to attach dividers to base. 

Making parts fit

Print base and one divider first to test fit. Model has parameter for tolerance, which makes cut outs in the base wider.

Make it strong

Some tips to make model stronger.

• Print base bars and dividers without tolerance and use file to get tight fit. 
• Print thick dividers, which will decrease vertical play of the dividers
