Sony WH-1000XM3 Side panel replacement fix

Sony headphones are the best for all things audio, noise cancellation, and battery - but the sliders have been a pain!
 

After my side panels broke, I had been keeping them forced close and tight with Cellotape. Since I got my 3D printer wanted to print replacement panels and make my headphones look aesthetically pleasing and hide the tape!

I tried this model, but it was tough to print and never worked. It was also such a big pain trying to screw and unscrew the headphone side bits - especially the small hidden screw inside.

Then I found this model for Sony WHXB900N and thought it would work for WH1000XM3 based on the description, but the dimensions and fit were all wrong - but I liked the idea of needing no tools and a simple slip-on design!

So, I designed this from scratch on Fusion 360 as my first model and it fits snug and works as expected!

Print vertically with PLA, no supports (tested on Creality Ender3 V3 KE). Increase infil if you handle it rough, but I printed at 40% and it is quite sturdy
