Model should be printed in the default orientation (on its side).
Increase extrusion width to increase rigidity. In my testing, 0.6mm is a bit flimsy, 0.8mm is acceptable, and 1.0mm is good. My printer/nozzle can go up to 1.2mm, but I saw minor print quality issues at that setting.
