Description
A print in place filament clip with a sliding center piece. Filament is fed through the center hole and comes around one full turn. The free end is then pressed into one of the slots on the side. This friction locks the center hole and captures the free end of the filament. The clip lies flat against the coils of filament. Having a slot on each side of the clip ensures that one slot is always accessible. The clip can be left on the spool during printing since it slides freely when there is nothing in one of the side slots.
I have been using these for over a year now with no issue, but it has still only ever been printed on my printer. I am always open to feedback as this is printed and used by more people.
