Bambu Lab Gear Removal Tool

I’ve created a “Gear Removal Tool” for my Bambu Lab Extruder assy.  Now, when I look online there are a few to download but, they are all bigger with unnecessary size/details.  In the spirit of “subtractive design", this is a simpler version (tool is smaller, fast print (15 min) and uses way less material). 

One note on this tool. It’s a funny thing in that you don’t need it until your Bambu Lab printer isn’t working and if all you got is one printer it’s kind of hard to print this tool! So, if you see this post I recommend you print whatever gear removal tool version you want now and throw it in your spare parts box for when you do need it. 

This design has clearance for the yellow drive gear and the one pin sticking up next to it.  see pic/notes.
