Mad Max External GPU Mount Smaller Shroud

The model here is just the smaller shroud and larger support STL.  If you want to mod your PC you'll need the “GPU Bracket.stl” from Darth Tater's “Mad Max external GPU mount” over here: https://www.printables.com/model/648935

I also included the scad file if you choose to modify it that way.
