Filament guide adapter for a 30° angle for dry boxes, suitable for pneumatic quick adapters 4 mm (M10x1 & 1/8-28).

This adapter is ideal for dry boxes, e.g. Ikea Samla etc., to ensure the correct angle outlet to the printers and to prevent binding in the PTFE tubes. A PC4 4 mm pneumatic quick adapter with M10x1 or 1/8-28 thread can be screwed in at the top. The nut at the bottom has a holder for a sealing ring with the following dimensions:

CS1 16 mm
CS1 ID 14 mm
CS1 OD 18 mm

Designed for 4 mm PTFE tubes for filament guidance.

Technical details:

Bottom thread: M12x1 fine thread
Top thread: 1/8-28 pipe thread (M10x1 also fits)

Both files were printed with:

0.4 Nozzle
0.15 layer height
100% infill
Paint on support only on the straight support surface
Nut scaling 103% in X and Y direction

Dieser Adapter ist ideal für Trockenboxen z.B. Ikea Samla etc., um den korrekten Winkelabgang zu den Druckern zu gewährleisten und Bindung in den PTFE-Schläuchen zu verhindern. Oben kann ein PC4 4 mm Pneumatik-Schnelladapter mit Gewinde M10x1 oder 1/8-28 eingeschraubt werden. Die Mutter unten hat eine Aufnahme für einen Dichtring mit folgenden Maßen:

• CS1 16 mm
• CS1 ID 14 mm
• CS1 OD 18 mm

Konzipiert für 4 mm PTFE-Schläuche zur Filamentführung.
