Floating plant scoop

This is a pretty quick and simple remix of Gertsen's kitty litter scoop to make it more appropriate for scooping plants from your fish tank instead.   Scoop was shurnk down to a more tank-appropriate size, and the larger litter holes were replaces with thin slits.  The slits go though the back edge, so you can tilt the scoop up and the water will quickly drain through without losing the plants.
