The wall funnel came into use when my warehouse had a crack in the wall. Fortunately, the leakage was higher up, as it was below ground level. The water flowed directly into the 90-degree angle in the wall. Before it could reach the floor, the wall funnel diverted the water into a tray I had placed underneath. This allowed the water to collect in a container instead of flowing onto the floor until the underlying water issue could be resolved.

I was able to print it with a layer height of 0.2 mm, using PLA without any need for support material. The funnel was attached to the wall using silicone.

Der Wandtrichter kam zum Einsatz, als meine Halle einen Riss in der Wand hatte. Zum Glück war die Leckage höher gelegen, da es sich um eine Stelle unterhalb der Erdschicht handelte. Das Wasser floss genau in die 90°-Kante in der Wand. Bevor es den Boden erreichen konnte, leitete der Wandtrichter das Wasser in eine von mir darunter gestellte Wanne ab. Dadurch sammelte sich das Wasser in einem Behältnis, anstatt auf den Boden zu fließen, bevor das eigentliche Wasserproblem behoben werden konnte. 

 

Ich konnte ihn mit einer Schichthöhe von 0.2 mm, PLA und ohne Supportmaterial drucken. Die Befestigung des Trichters an der Wand erfolgte mit Silikon.
