10mm bar threading jig (collet block)

I use this jig to thread bar stock with M10 threads, while making accessories for the chinese manufactured telescopic whip antenna. While you can absolutely clamp bar in a vice and use other methods to hold it, none worked for me.

This isn't a true collet block, since it is using screws to clamp down the bar, but it's close enough. Printed in ASA, 0.3mm layer. 

BOM

1. 4pcs, M4 x 12mm screw
2. 4pcs, M4 nut, DIN 562 (square thin nut)

Assembly

1. Insert nuts into slots
2. Drive the screws in, enough to catch the nuts, but not all the way
3. Insert bar stock
4. Tighten down screws, tighten down collet block in vice
5. Continue processing bar stock

Notes

Screws will leave marks. Make sure you clamp down a section of the stock where such marks aren't a problem
