Models inspired by:
My requirement was for door ramps but only small height (12mm). My Roborock S5max can cross the thresholds without the ramps, but with the mop bracket attached it gets stuck sometimes. My attempts at scaling the above models resulted in joints that did not work on my printer, so I turned to FreeCAD to make my own.
I used a 0.6mm nozzle and layer height of 0.45 with the speed set a little higher than usual (who has forever to wait for a print?!). That is I think why my prints turned out a little rough. I think the texture gives the wheels a little extra grip. I could fit a complete set for on side of an 800mm door on the build plate, print time approximately 6 hours, at around 161g of filament used (15% triangular infill).
The are stuck to the floor with strong double sided tape. They have been installed 3 months with no sign of any damage or wear yet (and they feel nice to stand on).
FreeCAD files are loaded if you want to modify them.
