Dewalt Compact Router sled for the Festool Tracks

This design is a Festool track sled for the Dewalt DCW600 and DWP611 compact routers. 

For your measurements, the center point of the router bit to the edge of the track is 69.25 mm or 2 ²³/₃₂ inches on the design. Verify your actual measurements during your setup 

Print Suggestion: Print it upside-down so that bottom face is upwards. This will allow for a smooth face on the router plate and track rail runners. You must enable supports. If your support leaves a semi rough surface on the router side of the sled, it will not impact the mounting.
