"OugleSauce" - VOC, Carbon circulation filter for Creality K1/K1C/K1 Max

Printing

Supports required for bracket portion of “Duct” part. Other parts should be good with no supports anywhere.

BOM

- Magnets 6х3 mm - 19 pcs
- “Voron” heated inserts (M3, outer D 5, length 4) - 5 pcs
- M3х10 screws - 4 pcs
- Activated charcoal (0.5 liters approx)

Assembly

1. Insert heated inserts (locations are marked on pictures)
2. Install (superglueing recommended) magnets to all places for magnets you see. Remember to check for polarity!
3. Place "Base cover" onto fan, then place “Base” onto base cover and screw everything together using M3x10 (3 screws).
4. Install “Duct” using one stock screw and one M3x10 (to fix to “Base” part).
5. Fill "Cartridge" with charcoal, close cover.
6. Install assembled cartridge onto base.
7. Profit!
8. Optional - Between Base part and cartridge there's a provision for additional thin paper/non-woven fabric filter. If you have issues with your charcoal being too dusty - that's the fix for you.

Tested (V1 model on real life photos) and working well, no ABS smell after overnight print.

V2 (shared here) should perform about the same (it has improved looks, joints and tolerances over v1).

P.S. Purpose of such duct design - to have possibility to install Active heater for chamber at the end of it. Step is attached so feel free to design heater holder.
