Description
This is a dummy replacement for a LGB motor block type B. It has the same measurements to fit into the attachment points.
Reason behind this model:
The cheapest way to get a working LGB motor block (to build something else) is often to buy a used locomotive, e.g. Schöma diesel engine, which was included in a number of starter packs. But now you have a locomotive body without a motor.
This replacement can then be used to put wheels under the donor locomotive, so that the kids can still use it as a push toy.
Printing:
The parts are already aligned for printing without supports.
Print in PETG or ABS. I used default settings, those work well enough.
You will need the following extra hardware:
The SCAD file is included. When it renders it will space out and orient the parts properly.
The SCAD file references the library af-basics.scad which can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/175914-openscad-library-for-more-basic-shapes
