IKEA Alex drawer sorting boxes

I designed these boxes to fit the remaining space in my IKEA Alex drawers, complementing IKEA's Gråsidan organizers.

I've personally made them to sort my Chi-fi collection before it got out of hand.
By simply adding text to the lid ("Main lid body"-file) in Bambu Studio while slicing, I got a fairly uniform and clean look.

The lid handle fits snugly under the lid, attached with some drops of glue.
By sticking the handle through the hole in the main lid body, I made it easy to add custom text or print multiples quickly, without supports.

The lid isn't super tight, but stays on relatively firmly with the interlocking tabs.
Perfect for picking up the boxes without spilling its contents all over the floor.

Internal dimensions of roughly 70 x 53 x 46 mm.

The prints shown are made with Bambu Lab PLA Matte White and PLA Basic Green, with a hint of Matte Dark Red on one of the labels.
