Window Screen Retention Bracket

We have some feline escape artists who have managed to push the window screens out and escape into the world of tasty rabbits while completely unaware that they are themselves tasty to coyotes and bald eagles.

This is just a simple retention bracket that screws into vinyl window frames with a 1/4in #8 truss-head screw. It's designed specifically for my Milgard windows with an angled frame.

This model is somewhat parametric, so if you like the idea but don't have the same brand of windows, you can find the source at OnShape and modify it to fit your needs.

Print it in something UV-resistant like PETG or ASA. Do not use PLA.
