PRUSA MK4 Y Belt Idler Mod - Improve Y axis finish on prints

This Y axis idler will fix the idler into deadset center, wich will stop any drift the idler has on the roll pin,

Measured 1mm worth of drift, wich is enough to cause imperfections on the print,

The idler bearing sleeve will be an interference fit with the printable part, wich will allow the idler to rotate freely, (its tight by design)

This has been a nightmare to identify as it will drift with time, not necessarily on the first install!!!!

this drift will cause the belt on the y axis motor to rub and cause vertical line artefacts on the y axis.

Recommend installing a toothed idler,

2GT/GT2 Pulley

Borehole Size: 3mm

Size & Style: 20T w/ Teeth

Belt Size: 6mm

Once isntalled, highly recommend readjusting the y motor pulley belt to its deadset center position aswell to stop any side rubbing

also recommend to install my other y axis motor holder mod with a 2mm offset
