No-frills badge holder

This is a redesign of a badge holder I used to have for the more slim work badge. The holder is designed to be minimal and has been designed with printability in mind. The badge holder is best printed from TPU for maximum durability and for the most snug git.

The included model is designed for a reasonably common 54x85.5x0.85mm sized card/badge. The model is available in Onshape with variables for the card sizes and tolerances.

Files are pre-oriented for printing and are designed to be printed without supports. Model tolerances are for TPU, if printed from a rigid material the model needs to be resized a bit so that there is enough clearance to insert the card.

And since I ended printing way too many of these holders to hand out, there is a stand for the holders to easily present them to people to pick up. Stand holds about 10 badge holders.
