Hikvision DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 PTZ washer

Hikvision DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 IP cameras have a small plastic washer that keeps the 'ball mount' part of the camera lens held against the camera's base. This part is prone to breaking. I had two cameras have this part break in shipping. I designed and printed a successful replacement part with PLA. The cameras is fully functional (including its pan-tilt-zoom) once reassembled.

In the images you can see what the mount looks like without these washers, what it looks like with the washers (cover photo), and finally what it looks like reassembled with the printed part installed. You need to print two washers for a full fix. You can use the screws that came with the camera to secure the washers. When reassembling the camera be sure to not kink either cable.
