Description

Hardcase and floorplate for Quilter Superblock UK and US amplifier. I made this because I didn't want to put it on my pedalboard and needed a way to safely store it in my backpack. The floorplate can also be used as a base or pad.

Files:
There are 3 files: 1 floorplate and 2 cases for the Quilter Superblock UK and US amplifier. The cases have labels indicating "Quilter Superblock UK" and "Quilter Superblock US".

Printing the Floorplate:
I printed it with PLA at 200°C nozzle temperature and 50°C bed temperature. Printing speed was 50mm/s. You can increase the speed up to 3x the initial speed. I started with 50mm/s for the first layer, then increased the nozzle temperature to 220°C and the printing speed to 300%.

Printing the Case:
I recommend rotating the model so it prints from the top. I used normal support with 20% infill. For the first 10 layers, I recommend using only 100% printing speed.

Results:
The floorplate should fit snugly to the amplifier. The case may be a bit loose, but you can adjust it with warm water. Press the sides of the case while running hot water over it, then keep holding it . To keep the adjustment, hold the sides of the case while running cold water over it.
