PolyDryer Magneto X Frame Mount

This mount works as an adapter between the MagnetoX frame and the standard PolyDryer wall mount supplied by Polymaker.

The mount uses the four M4 threads that are partially used for the stock filament holder, and the left two M3 threads that are intended for the Jetstream Cooling Fan.

Hardware required:

Two versions available:

Threaded inserts

• 4x M4x10 SHCS (mounting to MagnetoX frame, two fasteners may also be sufficient but due to speed of printer I recommend using all 4)
• 2x M3x12 SHCS (mounting to MagnetoX frame)
• 2x M4x10 FHCS (for the Polymaker wall mount)
• 2x M4 threaded insert (anything that fits a 5.8mm d3 hole diameter on the part, hole length 10mm)

Hex nuts

• 4x M4x10 SHCS (mounting to MagnetoX frame, I recommend bolting down all 4 due to speed and vibration of the printer)
• 2x M3x12 SHCS (mounting to MagnetoX frame)
• 2x M4x10 FHCS (for the Polymaker wall mount)
• 2x M4 hex nuts

Print settings: At least 3 perimeters and 4 top/bottom layers & stiff filament (PETG-CF, ABS, PC, etc)

Side note: I'm currently designing a spring loaded snap-fit lock for the PolyDryer top mount, I will incorporate this in a V2 of this mount as well so maybe keep an eye out for this.
