KNIPEX Spare length stop for 12 40 200

This is a replacement length stop for self-adjusting wire strippers 12 40 200.
The original part is unfortunately broken - due to rough handling.
So I took out the caliper and took the measurements.
After a few corrections, it fitted very well.

The good thing is that it can be printed in a few minutes and the 0.3 g filament costs less than a cent.

I printed the object in Prusament PETG signal white.

Print recommendations

• Material: PETG (dry the filament if the print is too stringy)
• Perimeter: 2
• Nossle: 0,4 mm ( or smaler if possible) 
• Layer Hight: 0.10 mm
• Infill: 100%
• Support: no (stop side on the print bed)
• Seam:
  • Seam position: Aligned
  • Wipe before external loop: yes
• Walls and surcfaces:
  • Walls printing order: Inner/Outer/Inner
  • Avoid crossing walls: yes

Dies ist ein Ersatz-Längenanschlag für selbsteinstellende Abisolierzange 12 40 200.
Das Originalteil ist leider zerbrochen - durch zu grobe Handhabung. Somit habe ich kurzerhand den Meßschieber herausgeholt und die Maße abgenommen.
Nach ein paar Korrekturen, passte es dann sehr gut.

Das Gute ist, es ist in wenigen Minuten ausgedruckt und die 0,3 g Filament kosten unter einem Cent.
