Stealtchanger Angle Crossbar

I didnt want do switch the front extrusion to 2040, so i instead did some simple modifications to an piece of aluminium angle.

I used a pice of scrap that now is 20X23mm and 3mm thick. If you order a piece i redommend 25x25x3mm.

For my 350mm³ build the overall lengt is 510mm.

Here are the Steps on how to prepare it:

01. Drill a hole on each end according to the picture, if you are marking it on the outside of the angle dont forget to add the wall thickness! Otherwise you can use the drilling guide, predrill with a 3mm drill and afterwars drill the 10mm.

02. Cut towards the ends of the holes using any kind of saw avaible to you.

03. Drill the holes according to the picture, if you are marking it on the outside of the angle dont forget to add the wall thickness! These measurments are for the Screw Docks i designed, i highly recomend using the drilling guide.

These are the measurments i used to put 5 tools in my 350mm³

04. Drill the holes according to the picture, i used M4 screws, M3 should also work just fine.
