Customize your text in PrusaSlicer!
Open the .3mf file in PrusaSlicer
Select the Text Object The text object is bound to the tag plate and will center correctly unless you move it.
Right-click the text object and select “Edit Text”
Change the “Your Name Here” and phone number lines to your liking.
In case your name and/or phone number are longer than the 8cm long base model, close that 3mf file and open the 9cm, 10cm, 11cm or 12cm version.
The font Noto Sans is recommended for good FDM reproduction. You are free too choose another font and adjust the detailed font settings. Most fonts work good with a 0.4mm nozzle from 6mm letter height on. I like the legibility and crispness of 8mm letters which i designed the tag for.
In case you are missing the Noto Sans font type, get it from Google Fonts.
Color offset of the font can be achieved by changing filament after 1mm z-height for the remaining 0.6mm height of the font an rim. The 3mf project files have this color swap implemented.
