Robotic Hand

I have developed a robotic that responds to EMG signals using an Arduino. The CAD model labeled "small" is the newer, tested version. This model is designed to fit perfectly on an Ender 3 3D printer when printed in two parts: the hand and finger joints in one print, and the main arm in another. It is tailored to accommodate the HS-422 Deluxe Standard Servo, with specific screw holes for each servo motor.

To insert the circular motor into its slot, you will need to unscrew the bottom to thread the cord through, then reattach it for a snug fit.

The original robotic arm model has not been tested and may not perform as well, but it can still house the servos and Arduino. When printing, use a regular or slow speed due to the small parts and holes. Apply your standard print settings and avoid using supports.

To set up the hand you can use string, wire, cords, TPU or other flexible material. To wire the fingers to the servos use beading string or fishing wire.
