Traditional carpenters furniture scriber/transfer tool

I saw a tool like this on ebay day before the competition started and thought I could use that stand added it to my wishlist thinking of buying it at some point and then this competition showed up and I though why not to make it myself.

I made it so it needs a m4 thumb screw threaded directly into the pencil holder or you can use alternative version where you add threaded insert for better stronger part.

Sorry for renders last minute entry as always so no time to actually print it or have any decent renders but I will add it once in a day or two.
