Mini Satsana for Ender 3 V2 - extra space for hottend, screw, fan ducts - no BL touch

I liked the mini Satsana for the Ender 3 V2 but wanted a few tweaks. Specifically:

• The fan ducts are lifted 1mm so there's a little more space above the printed part, which was very close to the ducts with my hotend.
• The opening for the hotend is a little wider so it's easier to take on and off.
• There is more space for a larger top screw on the left side of the duct.

I also removed the space for the BL touch mount as I don't use one.
