Voron 0.2r1 unified side skirt with mesh

Thanks to @AndrasBognar source file and @Lab3Dp for the inspiration, I remixed András his work to add a solid layer of 0.6mm. 

The r1 revision of the v0.2 has higher skirts than the regular v0.2. This model is for the r1 version only, for the regular v0.2 version check Lab3Dp his model.

Slicer settings

In combination with an height range modifier of 0.6mm in your slicer, you're able to create a mesh for the skirt with an infill and density of your choice.

Make sure the Top and Bottom shell layers are set to 0 in the modifier.
