8020 (40mm) in-groove cable holder

If you're looking to guide some cables through your 8020 frame (like a simrig) and have the very lowest profile, this is the cable holder for you. Designed to be drop in, does not have to be slid in from the side.

This part is designed for the 40mm series of 8020 profiles (the most common.) But even those have slightly different groove sizes, so you might have to use some pressure to get it in.

Fusion 360 file is parameterized, and the 3MF/STL files are for 6mm and 3.5mm cables respectively.

Print settings

This part is designed to be printed without any supports, but if you don't have good adhesion a brim might be a good idea. I was personally able to print mine with just a skirt and I have average adhesion at best, so I would suggest trying without a brim first.
