Star Trek: Nemesis Dolphin Phaser V2

Here's my newest version of the dolphin phaser, complete with internal reveal and belt holster. This new version has smoother contours, better handle and grip, and sleeker overall shape. 

Model Notes

• Uses 6x2mm magnets to hold the forward section together. 

• For internal parts assembly:

  • Glue the Pegs and Rods to the Middle section, and the flat ends of the Cores to the Body. 

  • Place the Cutout over the cores then glue the Cap to the Core ends with the holes. Then carefully glue the Cutout into the rectangular slot on the Middle. 

• Important: when using supports with the Body and Middle, it is important to block them from happening inside the tiny holes because they are extremely difficult to remove and can jam inside.

• If you don't want the internal parts shown just print the Pegs to connect it. 

• Display stand for Nemesis and Voyager included. 

• Parts to modify it for ‘Endgame’ version are also included. 

• For the Endgame version, print the trigger in red, the power buttons in white, and the emitter in black, and print the extra Endgame Frame and LED. 

Update Log

January 2 2026 - Added another version of the LED power bar without the separation gap so its only 8 bars instead of 16.  

July 15 2024 - Added a static version of the body and middle that uses a single connector for an easier build option. 

July 2 2024 - Added Endgame version of the tag and additional parts to complete the Endgame phaser. There is a black ‘frame’ that goes over the power display area, and a little green triangle LED that goes into the top groove on the emitter. 

June 26 2024 - Everything printed and fit great, except for the following which was fixed: Cores were too long and Cutout was too thick which kept it from closing flush; Plate was a little too tight to fit so should be better now; the Pegs and Rods were too tight so I reduced their thickness and they slide in easier.

PLA: Prusament Galaxy Silver, Overture Matte Black, Ziro Silk Silver, CC3D Silk Antique Gold, some generic samples for clear and green.
