assembly the rectangle frame using 4 bars and 4 corners, that snap together:
press the magnet into the middle hole of the long bar using the 2 magnets, so the second magned is flushed to the back surface. The second magnet will be glued to the window frame, later. Here is the top view:
prepare the mosquito net
cut the mosquito net:
use strings of filament to secure the mosquito net to the frame (if using TPU, the string can be long):
install the hinges (the leaf part of the hinge) and the handle, using M3 screws:
position the frame on the window the determine the perfect sport. apply superglue to the surface the first hinge knuckle, put it in the leaf hinge and press to glue the hinge knuckle to the window frame. Remove the mosquito frame and let it 10 minute to stick. Repeat for all 4 hinges and wait 1 hour. Result:
apply a small amount of superglue on the second magnet, close the frame and press it so magnet sticks to the window frame. After 10 minute, leave it for an hour to stick:
