Description
Take the 0,3mm draft layer standard setting. Then you get a nice glitter effect and printing time of 16 minutes. I prefer the transparent PETG. Its also nice to add a color layer in the print (see Prusa Blog) .
There is a small hole at one end for a fishing line or simular.

Add printing files and a photo of the snowflake with a color layer.
Update 14.12.2021:
My kids had an idea to pimp up the snowflakes. They paint the snowflakes with a permanent marker. It looks beautiful! A have add a photo :-)
