Another salt / sugar dispenser

UPDATE! FIXED!!! The threads on the bottle and a cap have been fixed! So, now there're two bottles:

One is with wider bottle neck， another one - more narrow.

•  “cap screw1.stl”  fits  "bottle screw1.stl”  - wider bottle  neck;
•  “cap screw2.stl”  fits  "bottle screw2.stl” - more narrow bottle neck.

I've also added a doser with inforced spring ("doser_stronger_spring.stl")

***You can also print the assembled caps:

•  “nosupport_printinplace_cap1.stl” - wider bottle  neck;
• “nosupport_printinplace_cap2.stl” - more narrow bottle neck. 

But I haven't tried printing those two, so I'm not sure about the result!

It was designed to give out 1.5g of salt (1g of sugar). It can be used not only at your kitchen, but also, if you are going to camping or something, it can also be taken to your backpack together with other practical add-ons.

***To assemble the cap (“cap.stl”), just need to:

1.  insert left or right side of the doser (“doser.stl”) ;
2. press a little bit from the other side of the doser.  To disassemble the cap (for washing or so) use the flat screw (or something like that) from the bottom of the cap to push the doser out. (as shown on the pictures)

***You can also print the assembled cap: “nosupport_printinplace_cap.stl”. But I haven't tried printing it, so I'm not sure about the result!

I printed all in PETG filament, but you can try a\other plastics if you want. Though, "doser.stl" still recommend to print in PETG due to it's spring should be  quite durable. 

For best results, I recommend:

• supports enabled with interface layer (I used 60%).
• supports Z distance, I used 0.2 for easy support removal and for a good finish.
• X/Y distance is up tu you.
• 0.2mm layer height. You can try choosing a different height (0.1mm more slowly printing or 0.3mm - faster, but it's look would be worse).
