Introducing my latest design for a nozzle cleaner that enhances your 3D printing experience! This innovative attachment is designed to mount easily to the back of your existing nozzle cleaner, providing an effective and convenient way to keep your nozzle free of plastic residue.
Key Features:
Simple and Effective Cleaning: The design uses a paperclip and a small piece of paper or cardboard to wipe off the nozzle. My best experience has been with the cardboard from toilet paper rolls, which provides just the right amount of abrasion to clean the nozzle without causing damage.
Easy Installation: This nozzle cleaner attachment can be quickly and easily mounted to your current nozzle cleaner setup. No need for complicated adjustments or additional tools.
Automated Positioning: One of the standout features of this design is its integration with the printer's pause function. When you tell your 3D printer to pause, it will automatically position the nozzle above the paper scraper. This allows for efficient cleaning without interrupting your workflow.
Reduces Plastic Residue: By pausing and resuming the print, you can effortlessly remove any plastic residue that tends to accumulate on the nozzle, ensuring cleaner prints and reducing the risk of defects caused by excess material.
