Dampener Spring+Base for robotic mower Gardena R40li, R70li, Flymo 1200R, Husqvarna 105

This is the Base and spring for the shell of the above mentioned robotic mowers, since they are all the same with a different shell. The original Rubber Part gets brittle and rusty over time. The replacment part is 8€ *4 plus shipping, which is about half of what i paid for the robot used.

Notes:

Printing the Coil needs 100% infill or, just a lot of walls and requires Supports within the model. Pay special attention no supports are generated in the middle of the model since that makes removing the supports very hard.

Post-Printing

I used a 3mm diameter Wood screw with a flat head to fasten the part to the robot.
