Description

Warning

Unless you somehow smoothed the layer lines, it is advised to not drink hard water, or liquids that contain sugar, as the mouthpiece might be hard if not impossible to clean properly.

Use at your own risk.

Requirements
  • Plastic filament (ideally food-grade), 3D printer, etc to print the parts
  • O-Ring (diameter: 30mm, thickness: 3.1mm)
  • O-Ring (diameter: 14mm, thickness: 2.4mm)
Printing

Simply download the stl file and slice it using your favourite slicer.

Both parts can be printed together in one go, exactly the way they are positioned in the stl, without the need for support.

Assembly
  1. Take the printed cap and turn it upside down
  2. Place the larger O-Ring around the inner Cylinder
  3. Take the 3d printed mouthpiece lid and turn it upside down (the same orientation as in the stl file)
  4. Place the smaller O-Ring around the cylinder that fits into the mouthpiece
  5. Rotate both pieces so that the smaller oring is facing inside the mouthpiece from above and hook the half-spheres into the mounting holes
Customization

This model was creates using OpenSCAD.

Simply open the .scad file using OpenSCAD to change the dimensions, tolerance, and angles.

You can also use OpenSCAD to hide certain parts of the model, if you want to export the cap and mouthpiece lid separately.
