Description
The Saginator (aka a machinist jack)
This is a simple and adjustable anti-sag stand for your oversized GPU. This should print fine with 0.2mm layers, but maximum layer height is dictated by thread size, so play around.
There are two test files (GPU Screw Stand_Thread_OUT and GPU Screw_Thread_IN) that I included so you can test the threads before a full print commit. They should work fine as designed on modern printers, but you can adjust [GPU Screw_Thread_IN] on the XY axis in your slicer if you want tighter or looser threads, but only TINY changes would be needed! (Scaling up by more than 0.3mm on the XY might actually “break” the dimensions so play around) Scaling on Z will likely change the screw pitch too much.
Note: The license model doesn't quite meet my needs and the intent is to ONLY restrict commercial use and sharing without attribution. Contact me for use permission if you really need to ensure your paperwork is buttoned up.
Edit: Updated the design drawings to be a bit more readable. Added words to the above description about scaling the threads.
