Start with a white filament and with the default resolution set a "Pause at height" script at the following layers:
15: Red
25: Green
How I Designed This
1) Visited "Wales National Football Team" Wikipedia page.
2) Saved the SVG image of the crest and imported into Tinkercad.
3) Duplicated, cut and edited the shape until I had 3 objects: background, border, dragon
4) Exported shape as .stl and imported into Cura for slicing
