This buckle is now completely printable and the idea of the Pin-Lock type was to make the insertable pin printable as well.
Two Fastening Types
Fully self-printable buckles in two fastening types:
Pin-Lock type
Ladder-Lock type (only the male part currently exists)

Pin-Lock Type
The pin-lock type is intended for a loop strap and can be fitted without the loop strap having to be cut and sewed.

Material: PETG (or ASA however, I have not tested this myself. So share your makes)
Material drying: dry the filament if the final print is too stringy - like mine was 😉

Brim: mouse ears (or normal brim in PrusaSlicer)
Support: optional, only on printbed (Tree Support)
Male-Ladder-Lock Part

Ironing: optional, all top surfaces (for a smooth top surface)
Note: Ensure strong layer adhesion between the layers and between the extrusion lines.

New: Male-Ladder-Lock Part added
Fix: The clips of the Male-Pin part Design A version 2 could break if the layer adhesion between the extrusion lines was too poor (depending on the print settings). With Design B now comes a further improved clip profile. As a result, the male parts are now much more durable and much easier to print. The first prints of the Male-Pin part A2 were problem-free. However, additional test prints on my Creality K1-Max revealed weaknesses in the clip profile. Firstly, the clip pin was too thick (2.9 mm) and also completely straight. In the Design B1, the clip pin was narrowed to 2.35 mm, the shape was changed and the length of the side hooks was shortened slightly. The old Design A is still included for comparison - at some point I will delete it for the sake of clarity.
