Bicycle Out Front Mount

Modular out front mount for 31.8mm (1 1/4") handlebars. Can be combined with any other mounts, see my remix of a phone mount for a Pixel4a that I glued on top. Middle plate can be adapted easily, planning on creating a mount for my light at the bottom as well.

I created it as one solid first before deciding to use a middle plate, so it has to be cut in the slicer to print each side. Use the .3mf files directly, if you want to avoid the work.

Printed in PETG on Bambulab A1 with 0.2 strength profile and 5 bottom layers. I can lift my bicycle (~10kg) with the mount, but have not tested it longterm yet.

Use 2 M4x30 flathead screws with standard M4 Nuts to clamp it on the handlebar.

Use 2 M5x70 flathead screws with M5 nuts to secure the middle plate in place.
